For Sale

Home

Our intent is to sell to a public, non-profit, or private entity that plans to continue our mission -- any offers will be carefully considered. The property is presently in two parcels, one parcel includes all the buildings and the other is bare land. We are in the process of subdividing the one parcel so that each of the historic building are on a separate parcel and can be purchased individually.

The 1915 building could be separated physically without much problem, or it could be separated by a common wall subdivision. This is the most historic property and is in the Historic Registry. It is amenable to many uses.
The 1947 building could be separated physically without much problem, or it could be separated by a common wall subdivision. This building is excellent retail or office space, some of which is currently under lease and occupied. The photo shows the West side.
The 1925 building could be separated physically without much problem, or it could be separated by a common wall subdivision. This building is included in the Historic Registry and now contains a commercial kitchen/restaurant and a gymnasium. The photo shows the West side where the restaurant is located.
Sold
The bare land covers one entire side of the block and is 90 X 300 feet. It has been sold to the town of Superior. The town has constructed a new Fire hall here.
The Front Lawn with mature maple trees adds immeasurably to the appearance of the block and is often used for special events including Shakespeare in the Park performances, Weddings, Car Shows, and host for Golden Chopsticks once a week in summer. The photo is looking North at a car show. River Street is to the left of the Maple trees on the left.
