Phase III


The third addition was constructed in 1947 as a single story flat roofed frame building with concrete stucco exterior.  This addition housed six classrooms, a clinic, and administrative office.

In the 1970s the flat roof was covered with a pitched roof as seen in the photo. This roof was re-roofed in 2017.


From 1998 through 2006 , under ownership of Old School Enterprises, lp, extensive repairs to the building included installing and repairing heating systems, painting, replacing windows and sidewalks, installing outside doors, and partitioning some classrooms for offices.  During this period the building hosted:

         Women in Timber a non profit clothing store,

         The Mineral County Chamber of Commerce ,

         Old School Gifts, a retail gifts and local crafts.

         Better Bodies, myotherapists.

         The Clark Fork Wagon Wheel, a newspaper office.

         Koskiís State Farm Insurance office.

         Iron Mountain Graphics, a graphics design and retail store.

         Mountain Patchwork, a quilt art business.

         Spangler Law Office.

         Debís Nails, a manicurist.

         Sense of Balance, a shop specializing in herbs, spices, and gifts.

         Choices For Change, a mental health counselor's office. 

         Superior Touch Massage, a massage therapist.
